Africa Unite: Jamaica/Ghana 2011

February 6, 2011 marks the 66th earth-strong of the Hon. Robert Nesta Marley OM (Bob Marley).

This year the 7th annual Africa Unite Youth Symposium will be held in his homeland, Jamaica and Ghana, West Africa. The theme for this year's event is "So Much Trouble in the World, Give A Little." These are words from one of the Hon. Bob Marley's songs.

The Africa Unite Youth Symposium seeks to bring together youth from various socio-economic, cultural, religious and ethnic backgrounds for the following reasons:

Here are the schedules for the Africa Unite Youth Symposiums that were held in Jamaica and Ghana.

Seventh International Youth SYMPOSIUM 2011 Jamaica
The home of Rebel heroes, Bob Marley and Marcus Garvey

This is a one day event which brings together youth. The Symposium will be devoted to presentations and arguments which discuss the urgent call for African Unification. All deliberations will take place at the Haile Selassie Comprehensive School, Payne Avenue, 3 Miles Off Spanish Town Road.
